Blue Light

It’s my belief that kids should not be exposed to screens before bedtime.  However, these days more schools are relying on technology for homework and research.  Its hard to not expose kids to the stimulating rays of the Ipad, tv, computer, etc. Here is a way to limit that exposure so that they are not too stimulated to sleep when it’s time.
